Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once dispatched expect up to 4 business days for delivery within New Zealand. The delivery times are guidelines only and we are currently seeing instances where there may be possible further delays due to increased demand on our delivery partners.  

 

Shipping Timeframes

 

New Zealand - Standard Delivery 

Auckland orders within 2 business days 
North Island within 2 business days
South Island within 4 business days

 

 Australia / United States / United Kingdom - Standard Delivery 

5-10 business days for delivery

• Once orders are placed, they are not able to be amended or cancelled.

• Online orders are processed and shipped from Auckland, New Zealand and so we follow any New Zealand Public Holidays.
