Entry period is from 6am on Friday 6 December 2024 to 12pm on Monday 16 December 2024
Incomplete or illegible entries or those not complying with terms of entry will not be accepted.
Selection of winner(s) is at promoter’s sole discretion.
Winner(s) will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable following conclusion of entry period.
In the event of a dispute, the promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Promoter reserves the right to suspend or modify the competition at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
Promoter will only cover the specific costs as set out herein. All other costs are the responsibility of the winner(s)
All personal data provided by entrants and collected by promoter may be retained by promoter. by entering, entrants consent to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes.
Prizes are as stipulated and are non-transferrable.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law in New Zealand, the promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by any entrant (including but not limited to any direct or consequential loss). The prize is taken entirely at entrant’s own risk. The entrant indemnifies the promoter against any claim for accident, loss of life, personal injury, property damage or other loss, cost or expense arising in connection with the competition or the prize.
These terms and conditions are subject to all applicable laws, codes and regulations in New Zealand.
Flights will be for a maximum of four people flying economy
Flights will be return to the destination that the winner(s) departed from
Incoming and outgoing flights must be between the 25 January 2025 & March 15 2025. Flights outside of this time frame will not be considered.
Flight carrier will be at the promoters sole discretion
Flights will include 1 checked bag per winner(s).
All winner(s) must have valid passports to enter
Any visa requirements will be the winner(s) responsibility
Accommodation will be 3 star, twin share. Any room upgrades or incidentals incurred during the winner(s) stay are the sole responsibility of the winner(s) to pay
Accommodation is for 1 night, being the night of the show in the city of the winner(s) choice
